Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, items cannot be sent back under any circumstances.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund.

To report an issue, contact us at onlygodislove.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• your order number

• a photo of the item

• a brief description of the issue

God Is Love reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if the customer does not provide sufficient photographic evidence of the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders lost due to an incorrectly provided address.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• damaged items

• defective items

• incorrect items

• lost shipments (after carrier investigation)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
